FAQs

Can tickets be purchased the day of on-site?
Yes. The At-the-Door rate will be applicable.
When do tickets go on sale?
Wine & Music Festival 2023 tickets will be available by 3.31.23.
How will I know what time each performer will be on stage?
We estimate to have a line-up calendar closer to the event.
Will there be “Designated Driver” tickets available?
Yes. DD must be no less than 21 years of age.
What is included in the ticket purchase?
20-1oz samples + one (1) souvenir wine glass, access to all food trucks and vendors.
What’s the earliest time people can get into the festival?
You may enter the Festival at the time noted on your tickets beginning @12P.
Can you exchange or refund ticket(s)?
The event is held rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable. NO Refunds will be given once the purchase has been submitted.
What should I NOT bring?
  1. No pets. Service dogs ARE welcome but must register in advance and onsite upon arrival with all proper documentation.
  2. No weapons. All bags are subject to search by our security team.
  3. No Coolers. All bags are subject to search by our security team.
  4. NO hookahs.
  5. No outside alcohol or illegal substances.
  6. There will be a TENT area for tents NO larger than 10 x 10 or portable sun shades tents which are both acceptable.
Is the Wine & Music Festival suitable for children?
No
Is there a cost to attend the 6th Annual Wine & Music Festival?
Admission to our 6th Annual Wine & Music Festival is General Adm – $55 | VIP – $75.
Can I bring food & beverage on site?
ONLY for medical reasons. You must contact Host prior to the day of the event so that there are no problems entering the Festival grounds. INFO@WomensChallenge.net
Is the event handicapped-accessible?
The site is in a natural environment with natural elements. Venue surfaces are dirt, grass and gravel with varied slopes. Accessible areas will be at the main Pavillion.
What hotels are close to the Festival grounds?
There are several hotels within 5 miles of the Festival site in either the Aberdeen or Edgewood/Abingdon area.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed other than service animals.
Can I record the festival and/or bring recording devices?
NO camcorders or other video recording devices are permitted.
Are ATMs available on-site?
Yes, will be placed in a central location.
What should I bring?
  1. BLANKET and FOLDING CHAIR are encouraged.
  2. TENTS to shield you from the elements.
  3. CASH. Many of the artisan vendors and food & beverage vendors will accept credit cards, but to save yourself time and hassle we recommend bringing cash. There will be an ATM on site.
  4. VALID ID. All guests entering will have their ID checked to verify that they are over the legal drinking age.
  5. COMFORTABLE SHOES – it’s going to be a great day!
Can I purchase a bottle of wine on the premises?
Yes. Each Winery, distillery, and brewery will have products for sale by the glass and/or bottle. There will also be a CASH bar on-premises which closes 45 mins before the show’s end!
What are the seating arrangements?
General Admission is available.
All tickets require that you bring your own seating. Please note that table-mounted umbrellas are NOT permitted. Chair mounted umbrellas are permissible, however, umbrellas that obstruct the view of other Festival-goers are prohibited and must be removed upon request of Festival management.
Can I set up a tent?
Yes, 10×10 only as long as it does not obstruct another’s view.
Do tickets have to be printed or can they be scanned from a smartphone too?
Tickets can be printed or scanned from a smartphone.
Is re-entry permitted?
Yes, re-entry is permitted with your entry bracelet on to re-enter.
In addition to music, what will be at the event?

Food and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, and spirits) will be sold on site. The most important tip on this list is that this is an Adult Event. Please Drink Responsibly!

Artisan Vendors will have merchandise (jewelry, arts & crafts, books/CD’s, T-shirts, souvenir items and gifts) for sale.

What happens if it rains?
All artists are scheduled to perform “rain or shine,” unless weather conditions make doing so unsafe. No refunds will be issued if inclement weather occurs.
Will there be WATER stations placed around the venue?
No. Water is available for sale at vendor booths and bars.
